so, today has been about as fun of a day as possible...
i heard back from a wedding place about doing a wedding there...and, yeah, as per usual, not as good of a deal as the internet made it sound...who knew?
although,the happy news is, that we should be able to rent the 1930 ford phaeton to drive away in...that is so HOT!!! (oh, no!!! did i just sound like paris? i was so saying that b4 she was even paris)
upon talking to one of my 3 sisters today, this blog thing shouldn't be too hard for me to do,though...i am home all day, everyday...i am already addicted to the internet...as, will, my ever-loving fiancee will tell you...so, this should be easy to post something everyday...apparently, my one sister reads my other sisters blog religiously daily, so, now i have to keep up to her..and she is the ultimate power blogger...
we are going to disneyland this weekend...it was my niece's 6th birthday this past saturday (13th) and i missed it cause i am now in the usa...we were very close, my and absy, so, for her birthday, will is flying absy, my sister and my bro-in-law down to disneyland...i am 26 yrs old and going to disneyland for the first time ever...can we say EXCITED!!! i might even see if i can scam a $10 cookie...can you believe it??? $10 for a freaking cookie...
plans are going well, though...we got a spot reserved for 'the dog' at the kennel...we got ourselves a nice vehicle rented so we don't have to take ours...we got plenty of road food...including a ridiculous amount of junk to keep the kids happy...but,hey, if it keeps them happy and means we don't have to buy them $10 cookies...then that's cool...did you know that they sell spf 70 sunscreen here??? ok...maybe to california natives that is not such a shock, but to this innocent canadian girl who has probably never worn suncreen in her life...that's a high spf...got a nice hotel chosen, gonna see my sister again...
man, i miss them...who knew that living with them could make us so close? it happens to the best of us, i guess...
we're going to disneyland!!!

- What could I tell you about me that you may not know??? I am a simple person (I think) who has some really funny and weird things I do. I'd say that they are idiocincricies, but I really don't know how to spell that word...does anyone know how to spell that word??? Scott was born on Dec. 6/06 at 4:02pm. He weighed in at 8lbs 6oz and was 21" long.
Scott has always been a great joy in our lives. He is so funny...he just knows how to make you laugh. He is just so much fun.
He is a wonderful big brother. He loves his little sister so much and is always helping us with her. He is also a really big helper around the house.
Scottie is a true Mama's Boy...through and through. He absolutely adores me and I think I can safely say that one of his favourite things is snuggling in my lap, or in my arms. He loves laying beside me, too, with my arm around him or he will snuggle into my arm and gently rub it.
Heavenly Father was very good to us when he sent this special spirit to be a part of our family.

Aerin joined our family on Mar. 17, 2008 at 10:41am. She weighed in at a whopping 9lbs 3oz and was 20.25" long.
Aerin is the sweetest little girl I have even met. Before having Aerin, I was really scared of having a girl...after holding her in my arms, that fear vanished immediately. I love this little girl with all my heart...she is just as sweet as can be.
She is a true Daddy's Girl. She loves her Daddy so much and it just warms my heart to see her snuggle up to him...and I know that Daddy loves it, too.
Aerin loves following her big brother around everywhere, she loves being tickled by Scott and she loves helping around the house...just like her brother. He has taught her well.
We have been very blessed to have her in our family.

She is in the school choral group and has a beautiful voice.
She has a very strong testimony of the gospel and would like to serve a mission.

He is on the school volleyball team...and has played soccer for the last few years, as well. His favourite hockey team is the Detroit Red Wings. So, as you can imagine, he is quite the active kid.
Upon turning 11 he graduated from Webelos (sp) and is now a Boy Scout.
He loves being Scott's and Aerin's big brother and loves helping with them whenever he can.
He is on the school volleyball team...and has played soccer for the last few years, as well. His favourite hockey team is the Detroit Red Wings. So, as you can imagine, he is quite the active kid.

being 27 and going to disneyland for the first time can't be that pathetic. at least not as pathetic as going to florida for the first time in your life for your honeymoon for a whole week to see all their available amusement parks and not even having time to see disneyworld. now, how upsetting is that?!?!
well, that happened to me...as you know but as other readers (when you get some) are unaware of.
that's my sad story.
good talking to you today and look forward to reading your blog every day or at least as much time as i can afford once i start school. sure it's easy to read every day during the summer but when school starts, then comes early mornings, classes all day, homework at night and going to bed early. HAHA and i love it for some reason....call me crazy!
