WILL IT EVER END???
holy dang!!! i think i am on load # 5 of laundry for today...plus, about 3 or 4 loads i did yesterday...you'd think we already have the 4 kids we want...on top of his 2...
truthfully, once i am done these last couple loads, i will be done...
you see, the thing is i haven't been very good at getting his house organized while i am here all day...i spend more time blogging...a bunch of stuff has been laying out on the floor and shawnessy has tromped all over it, and got her beautiful dog hair all over it, so, before i go putting it all away, i, obviously, want to make sure it is all clean...
you know, though, it's not so bad...i really don't mind doing laundry...i can sit and relax while it's being done...the machine does all the work...all i have to do is fold it then hang it up in the closet...
i went out to the garage, to analyze the disaster...yeah, i wouldn't even begin to make a dent in it without his help...i wouldn't even have a clue as to where to put stuff...however, i am sure i could find a spot in the garbage for the stuffed boar's head...or maybe i will have a bit of fun with it...you see, ellen degeneres said something once...and i quote...
"Stuffed deer heads on walls are bad enough, but it's worse when they are wearing dark glasses and have streamers in their antlers because then you know they were enjoying themselves at a party when they were shot."
all i would do is change this to stuffed boar's heads...and i will put streamers on it's tusky teethy things (which are very freaky) and some glasses on him...it will make for great conversations...
i know, i'm a freak!

Superdome refugees to be moved to Houston
Word of the move - a logistical nightmare at best - had not reached the Superdome when the Associated Press told administrators about it.

Hundreds killed in Iraq stampede
Panic engulfed thousands of Shiites marching across a bridge in a religious procession today after rumors spread that a suicide bomber was about to attack, triggering a stampede that killed at least 695 people.
Nice to see some decent content for a change. FYI, I log on today and see that we've got a new feature, the 'Flag blog' button, which is inconveniently located between the 'Get Your Own Blog' and 'Next Blog' buttons so that we would presumably be getting some flags on error alone (although if one happens to notice it, you can unflag a blog) But that's a trivial matter. What concerns me is this: When a person visiting a blog clicks the "Flag?" button in the Blogger Navbar, it means they believe the content of the blog may be potentially offensive or illegal. We track the number of times a blog has been flagged as objectionable and use this information to determine what action is needed. This feature allows the blogging community as a whole to identify content they deem objectionable. Ok, see the problem with this? What's "objectionable." I'm guessing there are a good deal of people that would likely deem my blog to be objectionable; and there lies the problem: what is objectionable and what is subjective. Just my 2 cents, Iron On Embroidered Patches
